STEP 4 reliabilt® Replacement Engines

To a customer, a Step 4 Overhaul is simply a remanufactured engine. For you however, there are two replacement options available for Series 60 and MBE 4000 engines. Choose the best option based on each customer’s equipment and lead time requirements:

¾ Engine Assembly

• The ideal choice for customers who need a replacement engine installed quickly, since the ¾ engine should be either in your existing inventory or your PDC’s inventory

POWER Choice Remanufactured Engine

• An exact duplicate of the customer’s current engine based on the original serial number, and a great option for scheduled overhauls with at least four weeks of lead time

Series 60 and MBE 4000

• Cylinder block complete with all internal components
• Timing gear train
• Flywheel housing
• Front motor mount
• Complete cylinder head assembly
• Rocker cover
• Fuel injectors
• Oil distribution system
• Oil pan
• Water pump

The ¾ engine can be trimmed out to a Power Choice engine by adding the following components:

• Exhaust manifold
• Turbocharger
• ECM with sensors and harnesses
• Fuel pump and fuel lines
• Flywheel
• EGR valve and cooler (if applicable)

**EGR customers must replace EGR valve and EGR cooler to complete a Step 4 (if applicable)

• Cash Back option: $750 instead of Power Protection Plan

Series 60 and MBE 4000

• PowerChoice Engines include all components on the original engine
